Thanks for the advice yesterday, you lovely VSGers! I got about 80 g of protein yesterday and, this morning, the scale was down a pound and a half! The scale hadn't moved more than a pound in over a week!

Have I mentioned lately that I love my sleeve??

That is great to hear. Almost always increasing protein and water intake will move the scale.

Keep it up!

Thanks so much! I knew it was the key, I just wasn't getting enough. My surgeon's team recommended a minimum of 50-60, and that's what I'd been hitting every day. Then a HUGE slooooowwww down in month 4. I'm going to try to keep it up around 80 from now on!

Keep it up! I am sure you will see consistent results then. That is what I did and was lucky to not stall out for 7 months!

I truly believe that Protein and Water are key to breaking a stall. I was in a looong (nearly month) stall. Of course I also knew I wasn't getting in nearly enough protein or water. When I finally committed to getting in more, it broke! I've kept up the 80 grams of protein daily, and the losses have continued since. :)
