Fiber
I just added Benefiber to my morning portein shake. WHY didn't I think of this before?? This is one of those "DUH!" moments that make me feel dense.

I also added it to my water bottle in the morning, I add the flavored crystal light/wal-mart energy drink for my morning caffeine until I can drink coffee or tea again. I use it in my evening water bottle too (they hold about 20 oz.) I was told do not use metamucil unless it is the "clear and natural" version.
