Hubby's birthday today- kiddos over. Gingerbread man in the oven as I write and homemade ice cream ( will pass those up- hard to, but still in WLMODE - my thinking is I've already tasted those things before and so don't need to right this minute- hmmmmm)
B. mocha coffee protein shake
L. Tuna salad mixed with Greek yogurt, and some fresh raw veggies
D. Chicken fried steak (with the chicken fry off) and green beans

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
I'll play, too, for the first time since I am on my pre-op diet.

I'm six weeks out from surgery and that means my first day off purees and onto soft foods! I'm so excited!
B: poached egg, 1 small turkey breakfast sausage
L: 1.5 oz turkey breast, 1 babybel lite cheese
D: 1/3 c. Trader Joe's Chicken Chili with Beans
S: 2 protein shakes, G2 Arctic Freeze, light cranberry juice
Water: a little behind today because I was on the road all day and it's hard to manage then. Back on track tomorrow!

Exercise: not today, it's a rest day.
