So close
I am currently at 203. I have bounced back and forth between 203 & 204 for the last 10 days.
Its my own fault. I got lazy and found myself snacking. Not so much on bad things, although some of that was there, but just eating too much. Probably eating around my sleeve.
Yesterday I got myself straight and went back to basic eating and am dumping down the water.
I know what I have to do and am now back present in my weight loss.
So no crying from me, just taking responsibility for my actions. Part of that is posting here.
