Hey all! Hope you're all having a good day.  I'm feeling like poo.  Allergies or cold... I don't know.  I've been fighting it since Saturday!

D: probably an egg or two?  Maybe a ham rollup

B eggs n oats with smoked turkey and a teeny bit of cheddar

S syntrax nectar chocolate truffle made with almond milk

L salmon salad, mandarin orange and black eyed peas

S low fat ricotta cheese, walnuts and sugarfree jam

D turkey patty with salsa and some carrots

Fluids already at 12 cups, exercise yes gym, vites yes, protein good, carbs good

B: Soy Latte, 2 oz. 98% Fat Free Ham, 1 slice WW bread

L: 1 slice WW bread,  1 oz. 98% Faf Free Ham, 1 slice lowfat cheese, 1/3 c. green beans, onions and peppers

S:  240 g. watermelon, 1 oz. Special K crackers, 1 oz. hummus

D: 3 oz. shrimp, 1/2 c. pasta, 6 cherry tomatoes

S: 3/4 C. Fage 0 with 2 T. whipped cream cheese, 1/3 c. blueberries, 1 crushed graham cracker and splenda to taste
