Hope you all had a great weekend! It was hot and steamy here so I spent the weekend in the water. And this week it's a short work week for me. YIPEE!!!! Aaaaahhhhhh.....

I have to do that Ricotta Bake. Everyone is raving about it.
B: 1 slice Oscar Mayer Smoked Turkey Breast and 1 Sargento Low Fat Colby Jack Cheese Stick
S: ½ Dannon Light and Fit Blueberry Greek Yogurt
L: Stuffed Mushroom – (2oz Ground Beef with Prego - Light Smart Spaghetti Sauce with Portabella Mushroom)
S: Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
D: 2oz Curry Chicken
S: Premier Chocolate Protein Shake
Water: 4 glasses so far
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: Rest day

S: fage with fresh raspberries and blueberries
Water 6/12 in, vits in, took 40 min walk and will go to Jazzercise class tonite, walked 22 flights stairs at work today

L: 1 grilled chicken thigh, 1 C lettuce, 1/2 T parm peppercorn light dressing
S: Didn't pack one! MIght have one after dinner tonight
D: Italian sausage, squash, zucchini, olives. Will make fingerling potatoes for the fam, too.

X: Walked for 25 minutes at lunch time (we have 1/2 hour lunch in the summer). Going to gym right after work for weights & cardio.

I've been sick since last week with tonsillitis ugh. I'm just starting to feel human again but I'm just eating whatever is in the fridge. Sigh
