Excited is not the word. I'm excitified(Excited and terrified). I went to see my long time trainer and tell her I'm having surgery and to get her to develop a plan to tone by batwings and panni. If we can do those things, I know the rest will fall into place. I'm most worried about getting all my liquids and protein in. Other than that, I'm so excited because after the sleeve it's my turn to finally do the things I'm supposed to do to be healthy!!! YAYAYAY!!! May 15th!! YES!!

Yay for May 15th !!! I am getting my sleeve the same day. I am excited and nervous too . Going through the same wondering how hard it will be to get in protein and water. But I'm sure we can do ....lots of other people do .  I will be thinking of you on the 15th. Wishing you a speedy recovery and saying a little prayer for you .laugh Hugs Tracy

Today is the first day of the rest of my life and I am not going to waste it !!!  Tracy

I was sleeved a week ago today, and I'm feeling great.  Being excited and terrified is normal. You'll do fine, and it will be over before you know it.  I look forward to sharing our success stories down the road!

See you on the loser's bench!

Sounds like a plan gurl!  After surgery you will definitely have to make a huge effort to stay focused on getting your liquids in.  Heck, I was even taking my water bottle in the rest room with me so I could continue sipping nonstop.  You'll do great ... keep telling yourself you will & you will.  So awesome for reals!

See you on the other side real soon!!! kiss
