Nope, ya gotta do it!!  I am 63, I was at Zumba at 8am  and I left there feeling great.  I was singing James Brown, "I Feel Good!"

Good for you!! That's what I like to hear! I'm getting sleeved soon and know I'm going to have those days,but tell myself that the reason I'm here is because of my bad decisions with food and exercise. It's time to turn it all around and enjoy life again! Healthy and Happy. :) I've already started the process of going to the gym and love jogging. I hope I won't have to wait too long after the surgery to get back to jogging and exercising.

Eating healthy and exercise has a very visible reward.  You are gonna look GREAT!!

Simply amazing! The bodies are terrific, but, my- look at the confidence and self possession on their faces! It's all from the inside as it reflects the outside that reflects the inside..........

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!
