Tomorrow is the DAY
Surgery in the morning. I started my pre-op diet six weeks ago because the surgery was delayed for additional cardio tests and I just kept it up but now it's here.
This morning I reached my first little milestone. I have dropped from 340 to 299.
I finally bought a new pair of pants after all the "droopy drawers" and "where did your ass go?" comments. I'm down 4 inches in waist size.
My sister flies in tonight. I'm a little excited, mainly ready to get past the worst part and get on down the road.
Wish me luck and any prayers for the first painless surgery in history would be appreciated.
800 calories and less than 20 net carbs is the shizzle
You are off to a great start. I am sure it felt good to see the scale under 300. My wife is also having hers done tomorrow at 9:15 AM. Now I'll get to experience the process as an observer. Sip and walk, that's all I can tell you. You are going to do great!. The comment about the pant****s home for me. I am able to buy jeans off the big table at Costco now. Went from a 52 to a 40 now. Good luck tomorrow!
