100 pounds gone for ever

I started this journey on September 15th with my first visit with my surgeon weighing in at 388 pounds. He scheduled surgery for October 9th an wanted me to lose 10-15 pounds. I was self pay so I didn't have to jump through any hoops. On the day before surgery I went back for labs and doctors visit and was down 19 pounds. Had my surgery on the 9th and now today the scale hit 288. I missed my goal of 100 pounds by 3 days but I sure as hell am not going to complain. I have a long ways to go but I swear I will never get back to where I was when I started. Thanks to everybody here who post as I glean a lot of information from you. I hope every one has a great day.
