Feeling alittle beat up today

So today I feel a little rough. I think I pushed it a little too far yesterday with physical activity and "food" intake. Wanted to reach my protein and water goals, and I did but probably a day or two too early. Taking the day off from counting protein and only counting water. I think some liquid Vicodin and a nap are in order today! Good luck guys!
