upset stomach during pre op

Pre op diet is going well but i have had extremely bad upset stomach since last friday. I can't stay out of the bathroom, it's like it runs straight through me and serious coming straight out.... gross i know. Has anyone else experienced this? Help!

what I found during the pre op diet is, "liquid in, liquid out. Never trust a fart." In fact, that was my mantra for the whole time until I could eat solid food again. It's not like that for everyone, but even if it is similar, it is just temporary and will go away. Looking forward to seeing you on the loser's bench!

Are you mixing protein shakes with milk?  If that is your
progam, you may not be tolerant of the amount of milk. 
If so try soy or almond.  Other than that, don't trust a fart

I am using premixed Lactose Free shakes. It seems like it's just going to stay awhile. Just ready for that part to be OVER hahahaha
