100 lbs

I was so shocked today when I stepped on the scale & saw I have lost 100 lbs since starting this journey (80 since surgery)!

A lot of you have had a huge impact on my success, I frequently hear your voices when I'm making food choices etc. Thank you for sharing with all of us.

I still have 17 lbs to go, to reach mt personal goal, who knows that may change too. I'm sure they will be the hardest to lose but I will continue to plug away!

The sleeve is the best tool I have ever had for weight lose! I would do it again in a heartbeat. Here are some of my highlights:

*off all my BP & cholesterol meds
* blood tests coming back good, except for a low vit d
*having more energy
* being able to cross my legs
*having my BP checked with a regular size cuff, not a large one
*My clothes not taking up as much room in my suitcase
*fitting into a size 10 & not having to shop for plus sizes
*Having plenty of room in a regular size bathroom stall
and the list goes on & on.

Friday my daughter & I are going for a pedi to celebrate!
