Just thought I would share, I made turkey taco soup for dinner and it was so yummy!  Plain greek yogurt to substitute for sour cream and add more protein of course!

So I don't know how carb friendly or calorie friendly it is but it is so good!

2 lbs ground turkey
cook in large sauce pan with some seasoned salt and taco seasoning until done, then add
Rest of taco seasoning (two packets total)
1 packet dry ranch dressing
1 can red or kidney beans with juice
1 can pinto beans with juice
1 can black beans with juice
1 can diced tomatoes (can also used stewed tomatoes or rotel)
1 can chicken broth (just to stretch portions)
1 half can tomato sauce
1 can corn (or creamed corn)

Mix and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes lower temp and put a lid on and let cook on low for another 20-30 minutes stiring frequently to bring flavors together.

Serve with a spoonful or two of plain greek yogurt(a sour cream substitue) and a sprinkle of reduced fat cheddar cheese on top.

I only eat about 1 cup so it can't be too bad, it's just a throw everything in kind of recipe, add or subtract ingredients and seasoning levels to taste!
