Sync up with Ruggie on social media

Hey guys -

I try to "put myself out there" and be visible - helps keep me honest, and that's my personality.  Like posting my before and after photos. 

If any of you would like to sync up with me through social media sites, let me know - I'd prefer if you message me with your name/links... while I try to be out there, I also use mine for a lot of my professional work, so I don't like to drop my links willy nilly in a public forum that will be google searchable forevers.

Facebook - I try to update or post something once a day.  Already have some of you linked on there.

LinkedIn - My profession site of course, with all my science jobs and publications.

Twitter - I have a twitter account, but don't really use it (yet).  I plan to, but I jus****ch others for the moment.

Found you - and boy, you look a lot younger than your pirate friend, LOL!

Actually, putting pictures from facebook on here is easy.  Hit reply to whatever message, and from a new window, drag the picture from facebook into the reply window here.  Works for me every time!
