Dream Boards do work!!!! i started one about 3 yrs ago with the #150lbs on it. i put it away and havent looked at for a long time.I hadnt even thought  of wls at that point!  then it dawned on me that i actually put that as my goal weight on my tracker......Dreams do come True!!!!!!! i hope your does to

Dream boards do not work at all.  They are totally crap.

I still cannot fly or time travel. 

Also, my "plastic surgery in a pill" dream hasn't manifested either.

Sorry to hear that it didn't work for you Ruggie, as for me I am going to give it a shot since I don't have high and lofty goals such as flying or time travel. By the way you haven't  flown in a plane to a forgein country yet have you?

Nicole I am hoping having it in my face so to speak every day will help me stay motivated to reach my own goals. Im taping acouple poster boards together so I can fit it all in there lol.
