60lbs Gone!!! Amen!

So I know I haven't posted much lately but I'm here everyday reading and taking in all of the support from my OH family.  I'm very proud of myself for 60 lbs gone since the start of this adventure. I'm down 53.1 since surgery on Dec 19th.   I will post some progress pictures when my hubby is back home. He's out on a navy sub now.  When he measured me on Feb 19 I had lost 26 inches from my body!!! I'm down fom a 20/22 to  a 14/16.  How am I doing it you may ask.  He's how....

1.  I'm seeing my therapist several times a month

2. I have a positive attitude and allow fr no excuses

3.  I exercise between 6-7 days a week. I started within five days of the surgery. I run 2-3 miles about 5 days a week. I do cardio separate from the running at least 6 days a week (some weights involved in that) and I start real weight lifting next week

 4. I've accepted that I have a new cross addiction.  Exercise. And I love it.

5. I weigh myself everyday morning and night. That keeps me motivated to kep exercising because I cN see how my weight drops when I get in a great workout.

6. I eat between 600-800 calories. Keep th carbs under 40. I weigh and message AND log everything that goes in my mouth

7. I drink approx 80 onces of water.

Im sharing my story because I want to pay it forward. There are a lot of vets on here who have been Rey successful. I know that everyone is different and very story is different. It's up to us as individuals to pick out what works best for us and that is what I have done. So I hope someone can see my story and pick something out from it.

 Blessings,

Tonya

PS please ignore the typos I'm on my iPad and it won't let me go back to fix them. Know that it drives me crazy knowing I have typos and can't fix them. Grrrrrrrr oh well.....
