I am doing so much better with exercise but I need to do much better with my food choices.  My Dr. was happy with my weight loss thus far but I know I need to better with my food choices and I told him that.  Anyhow, got that off my chest...lol thanks! ;)  Just looking here for a little support...we all know it can be a daily struggle and battle!

It is truly a moment by moment stuggle, at least for me. I have to consciously decide each moment to stay away from the "bad" foods. I believe we can overcome these addictions and learn to make better choices. You are doing great! Keep up the good work!

I'm the opposite.  I am making good food choices just not exercising.  The doctor keeps telling me not to worry about exercising unless it makes me feel better.  He said don't do it to lose weight.  So I'm listening--at least for the next couple of weeks until school lets out then I hitting the gym religiously!!!

Right now I am feeling guilty because my dinner sucked. I need to make better choices.
I know why I ate the way and what I ate for dinner. I was stress eating and sadness.
I wanted something quick instead of taking the time to eat nutricious food for me.

Breakfast and lunch was good but dinner sucked.  Tomorrow is a new day.
Over all I didnt do bad except I didnt get my protein in today.  BooooOOOooo

I am grateful because I get to look at todays food.  I get to understand the feelings
behind the food  choices...and i get to applaud myself for not over eating.

So..I can relate to making better food choices.  i am right there with ya!!!
