You broke the code !!!!!

- Simple
- Fresh
- Tasty
- Visually appealing

Post-Op eating is about "Quality over Quantity"

No one ever said it needed to be difficult.....Keep it simple !!!

**And don't forget I eat frozen Costco Turkey Meatballs on a paper plate with a plastic fork a lot of times.....just gotta mix it up !!!!

yer another work of art Frisco. You really gotta do a book. Self publish. Become rich and famous. Get your own tv cooking show. And a  reality show "Inside Frisco's Kitchen".

Our surgeon told us he operated on someone who did a tv cooking show. Dying to figure out if its one I have watched. I am sure its not the guy who goes around the world and eats bugs and weird crud because that guy is getting fat on gross stuff.   Diane

I wish I had your talent for photography!  I made cookbooks for my granddaughters and daughter in laws last year.  They were about 240 pages and I took pictures of most of the finished dishes for the cookbook.  They looked ok but not with the clarity you have achiieved in your pics.  Of course I had to take pictures as I was making things like my French pie dough so they would get the idea of how to make the item and what it should look like during the process so one hand is crumbling dough and the other is holding a camera..LOL!  They loved it but it would have been so much better with good pictures.
