I was sleeved March 31st...so I say April lol.  Anyways I am doing good.  I am down 48lbs.  Working out 6 times a week, which is awesome because I am lazy! lol  I just hope that I can stick to that routine and not drop below 4x's a week.  I never count calories and I hope I am getting in enough protien.  I take a shake of 46g of protien a day and the rest i try to get in, in regular protien(chicken, bacon, eggs) stuff like that.  I usually have the shake for breakfast, a piece of string cheese for a snack, then  a salad for dinner or lunch and some chilli from wendy's for dinner.  I am really trying to get 64 oz of water in....but I think I have yet to accomplish this goal.  Does anyone see anything that I am doing wrong?

I am most comfortable getting my protein from liquids still (2 shakes, 1 Nectar), though eating cottage cheese or eggs 3 x daily.  I am sticking with the protein shakes to make sure I am getting in my fluids.  I am getting out of the regret stage and feeling better every day.  I do feel lethargic, but I know I need to push more fluids.  I'm sure once I get back to work, I'll feel better.  I don't sit still well!

I had my surgery on February 22, 2011 and so far I am loving me sleeve! In less than three months I have lost 32 pounds which is awesome for me. I have to admit I do not drink enough water; before my surgery I couldn't get enough water . Idrank 6-8 20oz. bottles a day but now I have to force myself to get 20oz. down. As for the protein, that is a struggle most days but I feel great! I now exercise one hour a day five days a week and I am loving life!

I recieve encoragement from reading the success stories on this website! Thank you for sharing!!!

I had lost 10 pounds pre op and have lost 17 post op as of today. So from March 21st a total of 27. Doing great on the protein but lack on the fluids sometimes.Today is my first day on soft foods. We will see how that goes later. Feeling alot lighter although my clothes do not seem to be hanging yet.

I am an April 18th'er...feel like I am a slow loser, but maybe that will help my skin to bounce back.  As of today (4 wks and 2 days) I am down 21 lbs., but 6 of that was preop.  Doing pretty good on the protein..and decent on liquids...need to get some kind of excercise going.  But as of Monday, I am also down 21 inches...can only eat about 3-4 ozs at a time so I eat 6 times a day.  I am only getting in about 700-800 cal a day, so I KNOW it will come off sooner or later....hope we all have a losing week!!!!

I feel like I'm doing pretty well. I have absolutely no regrets.  My surgeon's office is super cautious though so I'm not cleared for any exercise or real foods and they are always busting my chops.

I'm super impatient about my loss though. I wi**** would go faster!

4/11 for me, down 30 pounds. doing one shake a day with 20 protein, the rest by food. Do you realize how much protein is in shrimp? I buy the ring at the grocery store and snack on it. Also, cottage cheese (12 g. in 1/2 cup), cheese sticks (6g.), eggs. Just can't seem to eat ground beef. Would love a cheeseburger but it is a no go. Don't know if it will come back or not. Wearing clothes I haven't worn in years!
Exercise: Podrunner: sometimes on treadmill, mostly on the cart paths here.
Lovin' the sleeve!!
