What is everyone eating today???

I like hearing what everyone is eating as it gives me good ideas :)

Here is what I have had today so far:

8oz milky decaf coffee
half a banana
string cheese
few bites of salmon mashed up with boiled egg and a touch of mayo
water, water
mini peppermint pattie(naughty)

Month 1 = 18.2
Month 2= 10.8
Month 3 = 5.6

 I've eaten crap I shouldn't have today. And I am pissed at myself for it! Good thing I am going to the gym tonight. I gotta make up for that :/

I'm only 2.5 weeks post op so I'm still on mushy/soft (actually that just started this week)

Today I had:
coffee
water
I made a scrambled egg with cheese but only ate like 2 bites
water
protein shake
1/2 c. turkey chili
water
poached salmon and cauliflower
water
(i need to get in another protein shake)

Ready for a new me... Sleeved on 4/25/11

Mushies here too....
For lunch I whizzed up some left over Panera black bean soup, sprinkled with cheese, a tsp of greek yogurt and tsp of guacamole, sooooo yummy.

Dinner, turkey chili with some sprinkled cheese.

L: Buffalo Chicken jerky

D: ground turkey with melted cheese

Just getting into solids..

Protein drink.. V8 with unflavored protein is my go to now, more potassium!

String cheese
Egg salad with Duke's mayo & celery 
Dinner will be either greek yogurt with frozen blueberries or leftover paneer masala.. I'm thinking spicy.
Late night will be home made chicken broth with protein powder & cumin & cilantro!

Tomorrow is baked flounder & spicy creamed spinach, can't wait!
