Okay so I know I should have planned better..... That being said, I am at the airport looking for some "good" snacks. Any ideas? I packed all my foods in my suitcase. Duh I know

Beef jerky, pork skins, peanuts.  Sadly, there are not that many snacks to pick at!

Like everyone else said...jerky or nuts.  Plain or dry roasted nuts are best of course :)  Happy flight to you!

Since you are only 3 weeks out, I'd stick with yogurt, juice or smoothies; I don't think the other foods mentioned are a good idea right now. And I know some will jump all over me, even a SMALL milkshake or ice cream would be ok in an emergency, you do have to get some nutrition in.

If there are any restaurants in the airport, you could get a to-go order of a side of cottage cheese, black beans, oatmeal, etc.

Good luck,

Jenn

I just got back from a business trip and left when I was 3 weeks out too.  I ended up buying muscle milk protein shakes, yogurt and I carried protein power with me and had them make a decaf/nonfat altte with it.

While it has a lot of sugar/carbs a veggie jamba juice would be ok.

Hope you find something.
