I dont know how long you have to be on a stop of weightloss to consider it a stall, but I weighed on my one week point and had lost 15lbs in the first week. I weighed this morning, 3 days later and I am the same weight. I am getting in 600 calories daily and between 85-95 oz of liquids and 90-95 grams of protein. I am hitting all goals so I guess I will wait and check on Monday and see if the scale moves. I check about every 3-4 days. Other than that I feel pretty good. I am really ready for soft foods I have another 11 days of all liquids. Have a great weekend fellow sleevers!

Congratulations!! 15 lbs in one week is great!!! Most of u**** a stall but just stick with your meal plan and the loss will start up again. Best thing is that at this point your feling good and on your way!! Take it slow when you get on mushies.

I think I might be approaching my stall too. Surg Apr 12, and as of Monday I had lost 24 since surgery, and as of friday only 1 additional. I also lost 41 pre-op. But I read a lot here before surgery and know the stall is common. So if and when it happens I'll look back on the great success since I started this journey (65 total pounds so far!), be happy with that, then stick to the plan and wait to break the stall. Keep your eyes on the prize!
