Springvalley B Complex from Walmart? Anyone taking this?

Need to get a new B 12 and have been using BA vitamins, trying to switch to something that is available in Canada that works well. Suggestions on the Calcium Citrate and Iron pills too.

I have just started to use Springvalley B-compex from walmart-no problem. I was using a brand from CVS but walmart $4.00 less!!Bought 2 bottles!!

Yes I have gotten and tried these in sublinqual and it wasn't bad but I will really see when I get sleeved on Friday!

I take the SV B Complex.  I don't have any problems getting it down, but the smell/taste of it is nasty to me.  I haven't tried other B complex's, so I don't know if that's a common issue with B vitamins.
