pre-admission test

Hello, I would like to know when do they make you do the test before the surgery?
Is it a year, a month, a week before, I really dont know, I just want to make sure they didn't forget me!!

Hi! So I did my pre-admission on the 21st and my surgery is on Thursday. Seems to be within the week of surgery.

I am sitting by the phone for the call for my pre-op test. Perhaps it's different depending on where your have the surgery. or me pre-op tests will be a few weeks before surgery. I was told when I go for my pre-op tests I have to see the dietitian right after to get my opti-fast...

They told me the results can be kept for up to 4 months, mine were about 2 months before.

Same thing as Barbara above... I had my pre-op tests back in November 2012. 

Just got the call.. Mine is 3 weeks before. Mine is  On Wednesday at the RVH.
