We give support! Without all the crap.....lol. Nobody cares if you drink protein shakes. Nobody will ask you why they dont have restriction before their first fill. And lastly, if you say Merry Christmas or Happy Kwanza or whatever....a fight wont break (I tried to do a winking emoticon..but cant figure out how to put it in)..lol

Can I post recipes about protein shakes made with butterfinger bars?? lol
