Professionally Supervised Program? Help!

Hi All... Has anyone been denied for not having recent enough history with a professionally supervised program? I have Cigna PPO, and just got my denial letter stating that they now require two 6-month professionally supervised programs to be completed, with one being within the last year. Uggh! I have been obese since I was 12 (35 now), and have done it all. Jenny Craig twice, Weigh****chers 3 times, Weight Down, pills, etc. However, I have NO proof, other than payment history, as I have thrown away all my logs and papers. Once I gained the weight back, I get so fed up, I'd toss the info! And I haven't been on a program since 2000. Any suggestions??? Thanks! Mary

Hi Mary, Insurance is the pits, that is for sure. If you were on diet pills, that should count as you probably had to go to your Dr. to get them. You might try speaking to Ray Hooks. He always has valuable insurance information to share. Good luck, and take care.
