great weather everyone

we have a forecast of sunny weather here in western Oregon for the next few weeks so everyone get off your butts and get outside in the sun and walk , you need the vit d and the exercise, no excuses now move your ass , get your running shoes on and get moving 

omg - it is way too cold for outside activities! i will stick to my treadmill.

thats what they make sweater for ,its not that cold come on , it was almost 30f today and nice and sunny
