July 17 is one year for me!!! I can't believe the changes!! I'm no longer on any medications ( was on 6) I no longer have sleep apnea, high blood pressure or acid reflux. I don't snore or have swollen ankles. I can sit on any chair or booth and shop in most stores. I feel like a million bucks! I'm no longer a prisoner to my own body!!!! I posted some pic's of before and after in my profile.

Congratulations! Thank you for sharing.

I am a new member and in the very early stage of referral for surgery. I have just been put on medical leave as I also need a new hip.

I feel sad and overwhelmed, but hearing your journey has lifted my spirits.

Again congratulations!
