Morning all :)

Up early today before the alarm - going to be a long day apparently ;) Off to work, have to run a couple of errands after, making crustless quiche, and I suspect it'll be an early night lol I hope everyone is feeling better today! We've sounded a bit like the walking-wounded on the thread this week.

8.5 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 3 over the morning -

B - Premier protein shake (still searching for vanilla in the area if anyone knows where to get it)

S - Greek yogurt, 1/2 an apple

L - 1/2 tin of tuna mixed up with mayo and green onions, green pepper slices for dipping, pickle, a few parmesan "chips", 3 crackers

S - Chike protein iced coffee

D - chicken taco (small flour tortilla, 3 oz chicken, homemade salsa, a little sautéed onion and green pepper, shredded old cheddar)

S - not sure yet but maybe a muffin-sized crustless quiche

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

K. :)

I went to see "Book Of Mormon" 2 weeks post-op and laughed so hard, I hurt myself and had to leave during intermission!  This is not a show for the uptight and curmudgeonly, that's for sure. :)

Book of Morman wasn't one of my favourties. I'd be interested in your reaction to it. Enjoy your evening!
