I had my surgery yesterday and I just got home. What a rotten drive. Very sore right not.

Hi,  Make sure to take it easy while you can and eat how what the binder tells you to at this stage.  Take care and good journey.  My husband Brian and I met you at the pub meeting and I have been pulling for you to have the best outcome.  This is not without some hardships but the end results - good health - will definitely be worth it.

being home is the best place, you can sit for a 1/2 hr and sip...then you can walk for 10 minutes and then sit and then..well you get the picture, the more you are able to sip and walk the quicker you will heal..and remember do not pull the laundry out of the washer or dryer, you may think tht it's a simple task and you are not lifting, but that motion will put you in a world of pain~!

all the best for a smooth recovery and welcome to the (other) side

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!
