I'm a bit worried about using this I found some at the bulk barn today but the sugar content was huge and scared me a bit.

36g of protein

52g of sugar

52g of carbohydrates

these states were for 100g which I know is a lot but the numbers still threw me off and how much skim milk powder do you add to pudding, yogurts etc during full fluids stage and I'm lucky to get 40g of protein a day.

I just used the no name skim milk powered. I don't remember the exact stats but in know for the 1 tablespoon i used it was below the sugar/fat requirements.  Another thing i did between 0-3 months was add 1 scoop of unflavored protein powder to a bottle of water with crystal light. Each concoction was 20mg of protein and i did one in the morning and one at night.

I thought I read that you were going to try the Premier protein shakes - that would sure help A LOT with your protein intake.
