Optifast Help

So I had my PATT appointment today at Humber and they told me I could buy my optifast at the Bariatric Centre in Humber so after spending most of my day there I went to buy my Optifast and they wouldn't sell it to me at that location they said they only sell it at that location for post op and I would have to drive to the other side of Toronto to his office and purchase it there. Which I didn't have time to make it there before they close and I had to get my children to the doctors too.

If there is anyone in the Hamilton area that has any left over opti they would like to sell I am willing to buy it I need two cases by the 25th and I would like to save myself a trip to Toronto if possible.

you can have it shipped to you from the Medical Mart in Mississauga but you would have to pre-pay by credit card

Do I need to get my surgeon to do anything for me so I can order it from there or they just take my word for it?

yes they have to fax the requisition form to Medical Mart.. OptiFast is a prescription
