The Centrum Women;s formula 50plus is the one yu should take according to the clinic in Ottawa.

Prenatal vitamins have high amounts of vitamins and they also have iron in them.

July 30th, Psych-Social appt - Aug 20th. Follow up with doctor sleep apena Aug. 28th Surgeons appt. - Dec. 14th Dr. Jackson. Surgery date - Feb 12 2013 - VSG
At my one month they suggested multibionta, so that's what I got. I need to split them in half but it is one a day. At my six month appointment last week the dietician said they are no longer making it and any multivitamin with iron would be fine, but she did recommend trying a prenatal. I guess I'll figure it out when I run out lol.

I was told by my NUT to try Multibionta so I went on there web site and it says they not being sold in Canada any longer.
