check with your pharmacist, i take two a day. Any reputable brand is ok to take, just make sure they have iron in them. a women's formula is good.

Hey Mon!  At my 3 month check up she told me I shouldn't take my multi's together-they need to be split up.  She said we only can absorb so much...just thought I would mention that to you!!

How far out are you?

I was given the ok at my 1 month follow-up to swallow regular vitamins. I've had no issues. I use the Kirkland bites & calcium from Costco

At my one month they suggested multibionta, so that's what I got.  I need to split them in half but it is one a day.  At my six month appointment last week the dietician said they are no longer making it and any multivitamin with iron would be fine, but she did recommend trying a prenatal.  I guess I'll figure it out when I run out lol.
