If you can go for a walk outside... stop... let some out... repeat... walking it off helps.

DO NOT TRY TO SWALLOW THEM DOWN... It makes them last longer.

Oh gaawwd its hell!! Hopefully it passed quickly! I usually get em if i ate to fast or one bit to much- im 6 weeks and still learning- have had the foamies a few times!! Yuuck!! I feel ya on that!

ok so I didnt die... but it was touch and go for a bit... Basically I tried turkey for dinner. It DIDNOT agree with me. I felt like I was having a heart attack.... so after 20 mins of that I started bringing up the foam bubbles... I actually got scared since it felt like i was chocking it up and couldnt breath... anyways it ended about 40 mins or so after it started with me vomiting up my tablespoon or so of stupid turkey.  Oh and I did try the walking... no go... vomiting did help.
