scratchy throat.. help

Hello everyone.

I am leaving to go to mexico next weekend and I have now woke up with a sore throat. What can i take post-op for a sore throat/sinus throat cold...???

I havent been sick since i had surgery so i am not sure what to buy??

Tylenol based cold/flu products... If you dump make sure any lozenge is sugar free

I make my own ho****er with lemon and Ginger with a couple of Tylenol. I use vicks at night and sugar free halls and sugar free cough syrup if needed.
