eggface donuts....
Divine! I just made her chocolate mini protein donuts...so wonderful. I didn't bother with a glaze and they taste heavenly. I used egg substitute instead of a whole egg and made 19 mini muffins out of her recipe since I don't have a donut pan. One comes out to 71 cals, 5g protein, 4g carb, 4g fat....so not that good for the losing phase but definitely doable in the maintenance phase.
