There are multiple listings for most things so look it up on the computer and put in things you eat on a regular basis.
For example I eat guacamole alot. And it is listed in ounces, cups. tablespoons, etc. I measure in tablespoons so use that listing.
The website has alot more options then if you use it on your phone. You can also change the portion size so if you find something listed as 1 cup and you are having 1/4 cup just put it in as .25.
