Monday Weigh-In
Well guys, I am joining you again....lol...I have decided after a month or so of being in "maintaining" mode, I wanted to lose more so here I am, still have my 155 goal...lol..no idea if I want to get that low but will see as I go. Just coming here give me a good feeling and keeps me honest...lol

TW: 176
(I was very determined last week...lol)

Here's how my week went:
HW - 320
SW - 303
LW - 280
TW - 278
Not a huge loss this week, but I guess I can't lose 5 lbs each and every week. Just have to be patient!

Last time I posted was about a month ago. Admittedly my eating habits this month are bad but I have been going more to the gym and see a dietician at work who tries to keep me honest.

CW: 145 ( I am now 5 lbs under my goal weight)
