The best NSV for me so far

I can skate! I went skating for the first time in 10 years and it was very fun and I didn't even fall once! And my arthritis didn't even hurt at all! I felt like I was a kid again on the ice...how lovely! And I went with my 8 year old son...so something we can do together now that I could never do before surgery. So great!

Awesome! Can't wait to skate and ski this winter! Don't like this being cold but I'll just have to learn how to dress! Its so nice to hear folks being able to do things exercise wise with family after WLS! Congrats!

Referral- March 2012, Letter April 19, Orientation TWH- June 6, NP - July 3, Sleep Apena test July 16, Internist and SW - July 17, Nutritional class - July 23, Dietician appt. July 30th, Psych-Social appt - Aug 20th. Follow up with doctor sleep apena Aug. 28th Surgeons appt. - Dec. 14th Dr. Jackson. Surgery date - Feb 12 2013 - VSG
