Am I stretching my pouch?
How about extra snacking rather than trying to push your portion size? Or a larger portion of say meat or carbs at the expense of veggies or whatever?

Hi Cammie, Sandy and I had surgery on the same day... Jan 18 and I have lost 104 pounds but this includes the amount that I lost between Dec 28 -Jan 18 on Optifast... most people on OH state their weight loss with WLS including the weeks preparing for surgery on Optifast, as it is apart of this journey.
Enjoy your day!

What is your height?
170 is still a relatively high weight. For me, It is my 1/2 way point, not my goal. Would it be so terrible to be less than 170?

How is this helpful to Sandy? Do you know her height? Health history? My goodness, to someone who has been morbidly obese, 170 pounds sounds like heaven.
