I'm going out this weekend to buy the required vitamins and supplements.  Is there any that you recommend over others taste wise or price wise?

I like the liquid from Costco's for calcium and D3, at the beginning it was hard for me to swallow.
Now I used it  still.

What brand did you buy from Cost-co?? Its prolly the same one I got, and was super cheap... $13 for 2 bottles... :)

I grabbed the Mutlivitamin chewables 50+ ones. and I'm doing the Vitamin 12 needle as it will be easier 1 needle a month instead of a pill a day..

I bought Centrum 50+ chewables initially after surgery, but now I'm using Bariatric Advantage. I bought it at the pharmacy above the bariatric clinic at HRRH. I think it's a much higher quality supplement, and I also bought a chewable iron that can be taken everyday. For calcium, I have been using Life Brand liquid, but the next time I'm at the health food store I will check out something different. I use Natural Factors B12, that is from a health store. It's sublingual.

I'm using Bariatric advantage multi. Vitamin c chewable. I'm getting vitamin b12 shot. Right now I can't stomach the calcium chewables from Bariatric advantage. I also can't stomach the enfamil iron supplement. Does anyone know of good iron and calcium chewables.

I really like the Bariatric Advantage chewable iron. It has 20 mgs of iron (I think) so it is a daily vitamin. The multi I had before didn't have enough iron, so once a week I was taking a 300 mg Life brand iron pill (crushed), but I just do the daily now.
