Food ideas for the full fluid stage!

Looking for any ideas for things to eat during the full fluids stage.  My surgery is next Friday and we're going shopping soon to prepare for this stage of my journey.  Also, what does everyone think of hemp hearts and is it a worth while source of protein?

I really craved flavour so I used good quality soups (canned and homemade) blended them and put them through a sieve. Anything that went through I could have. I looked for soups with beans or lentils for more protein too. Yogurt with no chunks. SF pudding and jello. Protein shakes and protein smoothies. Greek yogurt - plain not the kind with fruit.
I made condensed soups with milk no****er for more protein and added skim milk powder too.
You will not be able to get it all in in the beginning. Just make sure to stay well hydrated.

skim milk ,yogurt (low fat no sugar added) cottage cheese (low fat) creamed soups (strained low fat made with milk) vegetable juice, tomato juice,  cream of wheat, oatmeal(plain) oat bran hot cereal, water diet drinks such as Crystal Light,Diet Kool-Aid, Mio, decaffeninated tea or coffee, Protein drinks 20-40grams of proteinand 0-5grams of carbs per serving , Unflavored protein powderto add to full fluids , Skim milk powder to add to full fluids, unsweetened apple sauce to take your pills with This has been taken out of Humber Nutrition Guidelines After Bariatric Surgery book for RNY

SF Pudding (I added the unflavored protein powder to that, or skim milk powder)
SF Applesauce
Milk
Soup
Tomato Juice 
Repeat.

3.  Don't forget to buy protein powder or skim milk powder.

I took my diet booklet to the grocery store and got some of just about everything I was allowed to eat. I wanted to be prepared and have different things on hand depending on how I was feeling. I mostly did soup, greek yogurt, applesauce, V8 and some SF pudding.

I got some protein powder and hated it. My husband ran out and got a membership to Costco so we could buy the Premier protein shakes. I highly recommend them!!
