6 months post-op (pics)

I never thought that I was this big to begin with...guess I was blessed with a good dose of denial about my weight.

 

 

Feeling healthier at 6 months out...my arthritis has gotten much better and no longer have problems with high blood pressure or cholesterol.  Now I just have to practice, one day at a time for the rest of my life, my new eating and exercise habits and keep up with my circle of social support.  My friends that have also had wls have made all the difference to me and I really enjoy the hospital support group, too.
