6 month

 Hi everyone got my 6 month check up for tomorrow at St Joe's anyone else there im there after 130 pm

WAY TO GO ROBIN!!! you are doing incrediblly amazing!!!!  sorry but i won't be at st joe's tomoro - my 6 mnths is july 12!!!  whoda believed it eh?? how fast time sure is flying!!!  CONGRATS TO YOU!!

good luck today!!  let me know what happens, altho you've had a vsg but i'm sure they treat us all the same... you know when you first sign up for this journey.. it seems to take forever between appts.. all that waiting.. but once you get the call to start the optifast... it just flies by as does the weight fly off!!  we sure have had some laffs and we will continue too!!  uh oh.. will i need depends next weekend.. hahaha!!
