What do u think of my meal plan today?

I have been struggling ALOT with my eating lately and have fallen into a lot of old habits. I am going to spend this week really watching my numbers, especially my carbs! Here is my meal plan for today and tomorrow:

B- protein shake
S- turkey roll ups :
- 3 ff schneiders turkey slices
- 3 NSA gherkins pickles
- 15 grams of kraft marble 
cheese
L- 50g spring mix
- 50g Jane's chicken
- 2tbsp Renee's honey 
mustard dressing
- 1 tbsp onion strings
S- 2 turkey pepperettes
D- 1 cup spaghetti squash
- 1/4 cup ground chicken
- 4 tbsp spaghetti sauce
S- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp sf peach jam

*2L of water 

Here is how it all works out:
Calories : 847
Fat: 30
Net carbs: 31
Sugar: 18
Protein: 106

Any input: suggestions?

It's not bad...but I would caution...32% of your calories are coming from fat...you should strive to keep this under 30%.  Are you using low fat cheese? Low fat dressing?  Don't know what onion strips are...but they sound high in fat...maybe switch them out for some almonds to give your salad crunch...although high in calories and fat...it's a good fat.

I am thinking onion strips are just onions cut into long strips... instead of diced?
