Optifast
Does anyone have any extra Optifast for me to buy or have? I am new on here and I am having my surgery on Jan 26 at Toronto Western. I seem to be short about 8 Shakes, any flavor is fine.

Hi lisa, i don't have any extra optifast shakes but in hamliton we stop taking optifast 2 days before surgery. Does your center do the same?

that's OK...thanks...I actually recounted and have just enough now. your going only 3 days before me! are you nervous? I'm so ready for this, but finding it difficult on the Optifast. I'm still hungry on day 11. my Dr says I'm hypoglycemic, so I have a glucose spray now which does help a bit. What can you eat for the 2 days before your surgery?

that's OK...I recounted and have just enough after all so I should be OK. Looks like your pretty close too! Don't order the Vanilla. It's awful! I ordered all Vanilla YUK. only 9 days left to go yea, I am excited. I noticed your in Oshawa. I'm in Brooklin. have you ever come to the Whitby support group?
