I'm reading the labels of protein drinks, and I find there is quite a variance in nutritional info.  You want high protein, low carb, low sugar, but what about the fat content?   Would something like this drink - Oh Yeah, Cookies and Cream Protein Drink, be ok?

What are these exactly?  Where do you buy them?  Sounds like they might be delicious!

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

And here I thought that cut and paste didn't work.... did it 3 times... obviously, before I put it in manually.  Lesson learned.

You can get these at the Low carb grocery.  They are under supplements.... then protein.  You can order them online - delivery is about 2 days.

GNC also has them, but there are quite pricey.  I find the premier protein chocolate shakes at Costco better both cost wise and nutiritonally (fewer calories, less fat, lower carb) and they taste good, too.
