What are you eating/doing today? (Monday blues edition)

Morning all,

Yep, got the Monday blues - where does the weekend go?!  Also, woke up to no ho****er.  At 4 am, thanks to cat. Grrrr...

Working today, calling ho****er heat man obviously, and enduring this humidity - fun times! lol  Highpoint of the day - Grocery Gateway delivery. haha  How sad.

B - coffee with milk, protein shake
S - 21g cheddar, 2 crackers, handful of cherries
L - egg salad wrap with veggies, about 1/2 the wrap
S - protein shake, maybe an iced coffee - actually, definitely an iced coffee
D - depends if it's raining or not - steak on the BBQ if it's not, chicken stirfry if it is

Well, he didn't.  He just woke me up niiiiice and early so I would know it was out. LOL

ETA:  I'm blaming him anyway though.

Good morning.

Poor kitty getting blamed for the ho****er when all he wanted was a little love (and maybe some breakfast...LOL).

I have to agree...where does the weekend go...and why can't the weekdays go just as quickly?

No big plans for today (we have rain) so I may or may not go for a walk tonight...depends if its raining and how hot it is.  I have dog class tonight too...so I'll also have to see how the time goes.

B - egg (hard boiled) & yogurt
L - ham/turkey/cheese
D - Lemon Chicken on 1/4 cup rice
S - 10 large shrimp (will eat half in the am and half in the afternoon) w ****tail sauce

I also brought an apple and a banana with me...but I may or may not eat them.

I'm trying to be really good...I'm very close to the 170s but I just can't seem to get there....  I'm hoping that I will succeed this week.

Oh, suuuure.... side with the cat. LOL!

Hang in there - sometimes it seems like the weight just wants to hold on and then bam!  Off it comes!

Tell me about it.  I spent the entire day yesterday cooped up inside watching Dexter season 5 with my son. lol  Didn't even step outside the door!

Spent much of the weekend at a science fiction convention. That was fun.
Got to meet one of my favourite authors, Charlaine Harris (True Blood). Advantage - it was nice and cool in the hotel. Disadvantage 31 - only time outside in the sunshine was getting to and fro. Disadvantage #2 - hard to track /stick to nutrition plan. Managed, but hard.

B - bowl of Cheerios, large tea w milk
S - cottage cheese
L - 4 g cheese, 2 crackers, watermelon
S - protein shake
D - spinach salad w turkey
1 litre water at least
