1 week Post Op..today...and..........
I Feel Pretty Darn Good
I am down 9 pounds since surgery..... although i am still not able to get in all my protien i am doing my best.. little bit more each day.. as i am just not hungry and often have to remind myself to eat... i have been walking lots and trying to get more exercise in everyday also.. so far so good.. no issues... never any nausea or nothing.. just a bit of incision pain on the left side .. mostly at night after a busy day...
can't wait to see more changes......

Good for you Kaleena! Just keep upping the protein and you'll eventually get there. Most importantly, keep yourself well hydrated at this point. Glad to see you doing well.

Sounds like you are right where you should be. Adding a little more each day is the way to go.
